How Can Design Better Our World? Meet the Winners of DCI’s 1st Annual “A Better World by Design” Competition

Recently DCI announced the three winners of the 1st Annual “A Better World by Design/DCI Consumer Product Challenge.” The prompt of the challenge was inspire and be innovative with a product that combats the major issue of consumer waste. DCI’s inspiration for the challenge was “I Am Not a Paper Cup” (IANAPC), a reusable ceramic cup with a silicone lid which has been sold to thousands of retailers across the globe.

Open to designers from all over the globe, the 3 finalists for the competition all will have their submissions produced and distributed by DCI. Additionally, 5% of sales of the winning products will go back to A Better World by Design.
